Our mission is to provide comprehensive after-school programming that integrate STEM education, coed sports, and nutritious food distribution in support of our students and their families. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
E-World Gaming League
eSports after-school programming enhance students' critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through interactive and engaging game play. Our program also provides a structured environment that fosters digital literacy and promotes positive social interactions.
Future Stars Football League
We provides students with essential teamwork and strategic thinking skills, enhancing their ability to collaborate effectively both on and off the field. This engaging activity also promotes physical fitness and discipline, contributing to improved academic performance and reduced behavioral issues.
Jackie Robinson Baseball League
Our Coach pitch coed baseball program provides a supportive environment for students to develop teamwork, physical fitness, and social skills. These activities also enhance academic performance by improving focus, discipline, and overall engagement in school.
Charm City Derby Competition
After school soap box derby racing fosters critical thinking, teamwork, and engineering skills as students design and build their own cars. This hands-on activity also boosts confidence and problem-solving abilities, preparing students for future academic and personal success.
Data Analytics
Our student data analytics program tracks and evaluates the progress of participants in our after-school programs, providing valuable insights into academic performance, attendance, and behavioral improvements. By analyzing this data, we tailor our services to better meet the needs of each student, fostering enhanced educational outcomes and personal growth.
Food Distribution
Community food distribution after school ensures that students have access to nutritious meals, which supports their physical health and ability to focus on learning. This program helps improve academic performance and attendance by addressing hunger and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Meet the Founder
Born and raised as an Army brat from Baltimore, graduating from Randallstown High School and attended Bethune-Cookeman College in Daytona Beach, FL., as a double major in business management and childhood development. During his scholastic career he played baseball as a speedy outfielder. After earning his degree Mr. Niles focused on his career and his new family. Now with 15+ years of valued experience in project management, brand consulting, music touring, sports management, and youth advocacy
Mr. Niles has demonstrated exceptional leadership and visionary success from worldwide music tours to tech start-ups. His passion for uplifting community and creating innovative solutions has made a significant impact locally and beyond. Mr. Niles has made a lifelong commitment to drive positive change and continue to inspire and empower those around him.
The Baltimore Youth Initiative was founded in June 2018. In his first year of business, he was forced to shut down after school enrichment due to Covid-19. Instead of shutting down, Mr. Niles decided to follow Covid guidelines and focus only on food distribution. During the pandemic his organization distributed over 500,000 pounds of free food and hygiene products to families and students. He noticed that students were not eating as often without the schools being open which led to his organization deciding to continue to distribute healthy food year-round for students and their families FOR FREE!

Our program is for students grades 3-5
All of our programming is contracted through the Baltimore City School District
No prior experience is necessary. The program is designed to accommodate students of all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced players.
Parents are welcome to volunteer their time and donate useful resources.

The Jackie Robinson Baseball League offers a coach-pitch, coed baseball program aimed at developing teamwork, physical fitness, and social skills in a supportive environment.

The Charm City Derby Competition is an after-school program where students design and build their own soapbox derby cars, fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and engineering skills.
